- Must Go through: BBS Second Year 2079 TU Question
The poem describes a time when Nepali were struggling for democracy against the Rana Rule. It also shows the painful condition of the revolution. In the poem, the speaker expresses his feelings and emotions against the autocratic Rana Rule. He says that he does not have time to die early, so he tells ‘Death’ not call him. It is because he has to do much for the sake of his people and their freedom. More, he does not have time to mop up blood either that is coming from broken heads because he is completely busy in the revolution against the monopolized and autocratic political power. Besides, the speaker requests his lady not to stop his advancing feet and blandish him because the people of his country have cancelled their meals are ready to struggle against tyranny for their bright future.
